    I booked my vacation with a travel agency. After surfing the Disney Moms panel I think I would like to upgrade my 10 Day Hopper/Water Park passes for my Mom, husband and 3 children to Annual passes. Is this possible? Who would I contact?

    The easiest thing to do would be to upgrade your tickets while you are at Walt Disney World. MANY guests choose to upgrade their tickets while they are at WDW. All you need to do is bring your current tickets to any theme park guest relations office or ticket window. They will be able to apply the value of your existing park tickets to the cost of an annual pass. The whole transaction should only take a few minutes.

    One thing to remember, all the adults in your party should be present when you make the upgrade to the annual passes. APs are not transferrable and the cast member completing your transaction will need to see a photo ID for the adults.
