Hello!! I booked a vacation package that includes the Disney Dining Promo card. I want to use this card to pay for my Cinderella’s Royal Table reservation. Is it possible to do that considering that CRT requires advanced payment at the time of booking?

    Hello Gisela,

Welcome to planDisney! I'm so glad you decided to pull up a chair and be our guest with this great question. I'm more than happy to help.

As Cinderella sings, "A dream is a wish your heart makes" and it sounds like you have a dream to dine alongside Cinderella and her princess friends on your next visit to Magic Kingdom Park. I haven't experienced a meal at Cinderella's Royal Table myself just yet, but I'm certainly dreaming right along with you about a future reservation. You are correct that this particular royal banquet requires pre-payment at the time of booking, and since these reservations are high on many guests' wish lists you'll want to be sure to try and secure your advance dining reservation as early as possible.

Guests staying at a Disney Resorts Collection hotel may book dining reservations for their length of stay, up to 10 days, 60 days in advance. You'll typically see reservations released around 6 a.m. EST each day, not at the stroke of midnight as you might have guessed. Don't be discouraged if you are unsuccessful in booking at the 60-day mark. Have courage and be kind, and definitely keep checking for availability leading up to your trip because as Fairy Godmother explains, "even miracles take a little time."

Once you've secured a reservation and have made it to the confirmation screen you will be prompted to input a credit card to complete the booking. Unfortunately, you will not receive your Disney Dining Promo Card until you've arrived for your resort reservation so you will need another payment method available to secure this dining experience. However, I reached out to a helpful Cast Member, my own Fairy Godparent of sorts, who let me know that you can speak with a Cast Member at the check-in podium when you arrive for your meal. Let them know that you'd like to adjust the method of payment tied to your reservation and they should be able to assist before you can say "bibbidi bobbidi boo!" Your Disney Dining Promo Card will go to the email address associated with your resort reservation so be sure you have that available when you arrive to check-in.

Gisela, I hope this was helpful. If we can be of further assistance please don't hesitate to reach out to us again.

    Wishing you magic and memories,
    Amy
