I just booked my vacation including the dining plan and I will be stayting from 9/15 - 9/22. Would I qualify for the free dining plan promotion?

Hi Andrea!  What you would want to do is call reservations (407-WDISNEY) and speak to a CM about your reservation.  They will be more than happy to see if the free dining promotion is available during your stay.  However, if you booked the resort at a discounted rate, you can not add the free dining on to reservation.  WDW will only allow you to use one promotion at a time.  However the great thing is your CM on the phone will run the numbers and let you know which of the two offers would save you the most money.
I truly hope you are able to enjoy this promotion, as it's one of best they offer each year.  Thanks so much for the great question, and I hope you and your family have a wonderful WDW vacation.
