I just booked my vacation for February 2022. I was wondering when do I have to make my park reservations.

    Heigh-Ho Natalia,

Best New Ever!!!! You have booked your Walt Disney World vacation and it is time for the planning to commence. Once your Resort is booked and your Walt Disney World tickets are purchased and linked, to your My Disney Experience, it is time to consider which Walt Disney World Theme Parks you would like to visit and on what day.

Guests need to make Disney Park Pass reservations and before doing so should look at the Theme Park Reservation Availability calendar for up-to-date status on which parks are available during the time of your visit. Please keep in mind availability is not guaranteed and so Guests should make a reservation to secure their spot as soon as they are ready. I suggest sitting down with your family, taking a look at the Theme Park Reservation Availability calendar and discussing a plan. Depending on the length of your stay try to schedule a non-park day for some pool time or relaxing and shopping at Disney Springs. As you continue to plan and you need to make some modifications to your Disney Park Pass reservation, this is easily done in your My Disney Experience under MY PLANS. Here Guests can modify or cancel their reservation but should always check the Theme Parks Reservation Availability calendar before doing so.

If you have upgraded to the Park Hopper option, Guests will make a reservation at the first park they plan to visit for the day and must visit the park before they can park hop to another park. Park Hopping hours begin at 2:00 p.m. until park closures and are at the discretion of Walt Disney World. Guests can confirm which parks are available for park hopping on the day of by checking on their My Disney Experience app
