    We just booked a vaca for May. I made a reservation at Chef Mickey's at 6:35p.m. We are doing the Wishes firework cruise and have to be at the Contemporary dock at 8:00p.m. Is this enough time for dinner? Thanks so much. This panel is great!!

    I think you'll be fine.

    Chef Mickey's is in the Contemporary. You will be able to get from the restaurant to the dock in about five minutes.

    The character meals are all timed so the characters make their way around to every table in about an hour. And with a buffet, there is no waiting around for food. You can start eating almost immediately after you get your table. I have always been able to complete my meals at Chef Mickey's in an hour or less.

    The only possible (and unlikely) snag in your plan is if there is a delay at the restaurant and you are seated late. To minimize the chance of this happening, be sure to be at the restaurant podium with your entire party at least 15 minutes before your reservation time.
