    I have booked a vac in June. I have read something about park tickets being mailed to you, and I have seen something about picking the stuff up at check in. Can you help? Staying at ASMusic.

    In most cases, if you have ordered a package directly through Disney, your theme park tickets will be given to you at check-in as part of your Key to World Card. However, there are many circumstances in which a guest would have tickets mailed to his or her home. The best way for you to determine what's going on in your individual situation would be to call Disney reservations at 407-W-DISNEY. They will be able to look up your purchases and tell you where/when you'll be getting your tickets.
