    We have booked two rooms at Art of Imagination. One of the rooms is under our Florida residents name. Does the room under the Florida resident qualify for a discount on the room? Both the rooms have the same rate now.

    Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Kathleen! In just about a month you will be enjoying a family vacation at the Walt Disney World Resort! November is a great time to visit!

    Disney’s Art of Animation Resort is a great place to stay. Did you know that the Big Blue Pool is the biggest resort pool on Walt Disney World Resort property? The resort also boasts two other pools, Cozy Cone Pool and the Flippin’ Fins Pool. So, you will find plenty of places to relax poolside. 

    Florida Residents enjoy lots of perks every season and Special Offers may be available during the dates of your stay. I encourage you to have the Florida Resident whose name is on the room reservation call (407) 939-1936 to speak to a Resort Reservation Cast Member to see if the room rate can be modified. While you will not be able to pay Florida Resident theme park ticket prices for out of state guests, if the person booking the room is a Florida Resident, they are eligible for the discounted room rate, if promotional rate rooms are still available. It never hurts to ask!
