I have booked a trip for my wife, son, and I in Feb. My son and I cannot go. I would like to change the reservation to include my wife and her sister. I have deleted my son. Please tell me how to transfer the res. over to my wife and her sister. Thank you

    Hi David!

Thank you for stopping by planDisney with your question. I am sorry to hear that your son and you cannot visit Walt Disney World. That is so wonderful that you are transferring your tickets over to your wife and sister-in-law.

If the ticket has not yet been used, which sounds like is the case in your situation, you can easily reassign your ticket to another person on your Friends & Family list. To do this, visit the My Reservations section of My Disney Experience, locate the ticket you wish to reassign, and select the “Reassign Ticket” link to the right of the ticket. Tickets can be reassigned until their first usage. Once they are used, tickets cannot be reassigned.

Ticket reassignment can also be done through the My Disney Experience mobile app. Open the app on your smartphone and visit "My Reservations" to view and reassigned unused tickets.

    Magically,
    Stacy
