I booked my trip through the website and downloaded the app, the app keeps telling me to make reservations for my tickets though I already have. Additionally if I look at my tickets it says to link a reservation? What’s going on?

Welcome to planDisney Lisa, it sounds like you're in for a scary good time this fall!

I love that you already have your trip booked through the Disneyland site and the Disneyland app downloaded, you're definitely ahead of the game!  If you already have secured your theme park reservations for the days that you'll visit either Disneyland Park or Disney California Adventure Park that is fantastic, and such an important part of the planning process.

I always like to double check that all of my theme park reservations are set in the Disneyland app.  Open up the app, and navigate to the three horizontal bar line icon in the bottom right-hand corner and tap "My Plans."  At the top you can see which dates that you have upcoming plans for, whether that's a theme park reservation, or a Disneyland Resort Hotel Reservation.  You will also see a prompt to enter in information if anything is missing.  You are able to link your hotel reservation to your account to ensure all of your information and plans are in one place in the app.  I highly recommend linking your resort reservation, that could be the missing piece to why you are getting the reminder to make your theme park reservations!

Once your trip is linked, you should be able to see all of your plans together for each day you'll be visiting including dining reservations.  You are able to make dining reservations up to 60 days in advance, so you still have plenty of time to do some research and see if there are any restaurants you'll want to dine at during your trip!  If you are still running into issues with your theme park reservations, I recommend reaching out to a helpful Cast Member on the Ticket Services Line.

My final recommendation is to keep your eye on the Disney Parks Blog as your trip gets closer.  They usually have some great resources on how to enjoy the fall and Halloween festivities, and the foodie guide with all of the yummy seasonal snacks and treats!

I hope you're able to get your reservations squared away and set for your vacation, Lisa!  If there are any other questions I can help with, please feel free to come back to planDisney and ask.

    Have a magical day!
