Please help me link my Disneyland Park ticket with my park reservations. I made the mistake of not linking my hotel reservation which includes my park hopper ticket to my account first.

Hiya, Sue, and welcome to planDisney!

You are gearing up for a magical vacation at the Disneyland Resort, and you’re already ahead of the game! One of the best ways to remain immersed in the magic is staying at one of the resort hotels. Let’s first dive into how to connect your hotel reservation to your account, then work on confirming your tickets and park reservations!

After making your hotel reservation, you should have received a confirmation email. You will typically find the confirmation number within the subject line or within the email, along with additional information. Once you have that information, you will go into the Disneyland mobile app to link your reservation. Here’s how:
    1. Tap the (≡) icon in the bottom right corner.
    2. Scroll down to the “My Visit” section.
    3. Tap “Hotel Reservations.”
    4. Enter your reservation or confirmation number, last name, and arrival date.
    5. Tap "Continue."
Once you have your hotel reservation linked, you will return to the main menu within the mobile app and click “My Tickets & Passes.” On the next screen, you should see each of your theme park tickets. If you do not, you may have to link them manually. Here’s how:
    1. Tap the (+) icon in the top right corner.
    2. Tap “Link Tickets & Passes.”
    3. Type in the ticket ID.
    4. Repeat for each ticket.
Now that your tickets are linked, you should be able to see your park reservations under the Upcoming Plans section on the home page within the mobile app. If you do not, here’s another way you can confirm your park reservations:
    1. Tap the (≡) icon in the bottom right corner.
    2. Scroll down to the “Plan My Next Visit” section.
    3. Tap “Park Reservations.”
    4. Tap “Make or Modify Park Reservations.” (This will prompt your phone’s browser to open to a webpage.)
    5. Scroll down to the “Upcoming Theme Park Reservations” section.
Bonus Tip: If you are still experiencing difficulties — no worries! You can always reach out to the Tickets support line to speak to a Cast Member who will be happy to help.

Sue, I hope this information is helpful and that you have the most magical time during your upcoming adventure to the Happiest Place on Earth. If you need any additional help as you plan, please stop by and see us again here at planDisney!

Sending you faith, trust, and pixie dust,
