    Hi, booked trip to WDW & found out people we knew going at same time had free dining plan. Called to see if we could get it and was told no because promotion from past. From reading this, sounds like they should extend it to us - is this true? Thanks

    Hi Lisa,

    It really is up to Disney to decide if you can have the free dining or any other promotion available to you after you made your reservation.

    In general, the promotion should be current and there needs to be availability to offer it to you. 

    I encourage to follow Disney on Facebook and Twitter to see if they offer any deals. In addition, check back with the Disney site to see what special offers are available. If a new offer for free dining or rooms is extended to guests, call Disney and see if you can have that offer.
