Hello Hello, Gina!
Welcome back again to planDisney!
If you booked a package with the Walt Disney World Travel Company you most likely secured a stay at a
Walt Disney World Resort Collections Hotel and tickets to use in the Parks. The
14-day Magic Ticket, which is a great deal, does provide you with 18 days to use up the ticket. The start date of the ticket when purchased in a package is the date of your Resort Check-in. So, if the first day of your stay is July 5th the 18 days start from there and ends on July 22nd. You can still visit the Parks on July 22nd if you have a day left on your ticket to use. If you purchased the tickets separately or alone then it would start at the date of your choosing. However, there could be a chance you could modify your ticket start dates via the
My Disney Experience Mobile App. Head to your "My Tickets and Passes" page, find the tickets and change the ticket. There is a chance that you could pay a price difference if the new start date is more costly. It is also through the app that you can see the expiration or usage window. and be sure of how long you can use it for.
You have a pretty big window to spend 14 days exploring Walt Disney World Resort as well as the water parks and I hope you are using it to your full advantage. These tickets include
Park Hopper access which lets you enjoy more than one park in a day! You can swing from Disney's Hollywood Studios to EPCOT via the
Disney Skyliner multiple times during your holiday with ease. I also love that these tickets do not need
theme park reservations so you can visit whatever Park you like whenever you like within the 18-day window.
What a win Gina! You will have a fabulous time next year and I hope that I was helpful!
Happy Planning!
