    I booked my trip through a travel agent last summer &received an email with my confirmation number. Will I receive anything in the mail from WDW prior to our Jan. trip?We are not using the disney transportation system but are staying at AKL.

    Hi Jennifer,

    If you booked everything through a travel agent, then all of your information will come from the travel agent. Disney will not be sending you any additional information.

    I hope you enjoy the Animal Kingdom Lodge, and if you get a chance, dine at Jiko or Boma's as they are delicious!
