    We booked a trip in November. On the website I see these special offers. If my trip is already booked am I able to take advantage of a special offer it is available at a later date?

    Hi, Michelle! This is a fairly common question for Guests to have, and I'm always happy to answer it because Walt Disney World is so wonderfully accommodating about it! When (or if) promotions are released, you can modify your reservation to include the package components and deal, subject to availability.  Disney will not automatically modify your reservation, you will need to call 407-W-DISNEY to check availability and make the change, if possible. There will not be a fee to update the same reservation with the promotion.  If it's a free dining promotion, you will be reimbursed for the dining plan if you have already paid for it, or you can add it at no charge at that time. Keep an eye on the Special Offers page for one that might work for you, your travel dates, and your accommodations.  Happy planning and have a Magical vacation!
