We just booked a trip for the end of February-beginning of March 2020! Can you tell me anything special/unique about this time of the year? Spring time is rather new to us. This will be my husband and I's last trip before we start a family!

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Olivia! Spring is an awesome time to visit the Walt Disney World Resort! Thanks for stopping in with your question.

I really enjoy visiting Epcot in the Spring, because the whole park is literally in bloom thanks to the Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival! Your visit falls right in the transition between the vibrant flower festival and Epcot’s International Festival of the Arts.

While the exact dates of the Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival have yet to be released, you can keep track of all of the happenings at the Walt Disney World Resort and Disney Parks worldwide on the Disney Parks Blog. One thing I am certain of, is that you and your husband will be able to enjoy the brand new nighttime spectacular at Epcot, Epcot Forever! I hear it's going to be amazing!

What I love about visiting theme parks during this time of year is the weather. It’s usually just right, with average temperatures at about 75 degrees. You can’t go wrong with a visit to any of the theme parks when the weather is so nice!

Olivia, there are a few things to keep track of before your magical visit. Remember that you can start making your dining reservations 180 days before your vacation! There are lots of new restaurants to explore like Toledo- Tapas, Steak & Seafood at Grand Destino Tower at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort.

I hope this information is helpful to you as you continue to plan your visit. Please feel free to come back to see us if you have any more questions. Helping you with the details is our pleasure!
