When I booked out trip with a DW cast member over the phone, he asked if I wanted to add memory maker to the trip. I said yes but I can't see any details about it on My Disney Experience. How do I know I have memory maker?

    Hi Katie,

Memory Maker is a great way for guests to capture all the magic of a Walt Disney World vacation with the help of Disney's PhotoPass photographers. You can also capture the magic on attractions as well.

When you purchased your Memory Maker, you should have received a confirmation email confirming your purchase. This will have a confirmation number. You should have also received your Memory Maker card. Check your junk email to see if you received an email from Disney which confirms this purchase.

If you do not have this, contact Disney and ask to confirm the purchase.

    Wishing you a magical vacation!
