You may find that all of the features on the
My Disney Experience App may not work 100% of the time when you try to use it outside of the United States. Please don’t worry, there’s an easy fix! Just log on to your My Disney Experience account on a computer or on a webpage on your smartphone. On the very top of the page, you will find options to link your Disney Resort Collection hotel reservations, theme park tickets, theme park reservations and even
dining reservations to your account.
(When linking your reservation, make sure to remove all special characters and dashes. If you still are unable to link your reservations, contact your travel provider and ask them to provide you with your hotel confirmation number.)
All of the components of your vacation that you link to your My Disney Experience account will show up on the app when you’re back in the United States. I also like to update my app right before my vacation to make sure I can manage my plans easily during my family’s adventures at the theme parks.
