Booked tickets, dining plan and resort for the spring. Travel agent said I will get a package before leaving. Will everything be separate - room key, dining car, tickets? How does that work. Is checking in on line better than in person? Thank you

Hi, Chris! You will be receiving an information packet (and possibly some vouchers) before you arrive.  However, you room key, Disney Dining Plan card, and theme parks tickets are all on ONE card per person called your Key to the World card.  It is issued at your resort when you arrive.  Checking in online is the way to go if you don't have any special requests.  It saves time upon arrival because you basically just walk up and claim your welcome information and your Key to the World cards.  If you do have special requests, you should be aware that there are only four room request choices when you do online check-in.  They are for 1.) ground floor, 2.) near transportation, 3.) a child's Pack 'n Play Playard, or 4.) to add a refrigerator. If you need to request something besides one of those four, I would definitely check-in with a Cast Member upon arrival to try to secure the room I want.  Happy planning and have a Magical vacation!
