I have booked three separate cabins for my family. Can I check in and get a PAT for all room reservations without having passports and headshots for everyone?

    Ahoy, Janette!

It sounds like you are looking forward to a big family vacation on the high seas with Disney Cruise Line. I love hearing this, as my first Disney Cruise was a multigenerational vacation, and those memories are some of my favorites. Be sure to take advantage of the professional photographers from Shutters to document your magical moments on board!

When you complete your crew's online check-in, you will need to have a picture of each member of your sailing party's passport and headshot. These must be uploaded before you can select the Port Arrival Time (PAT). My advice is to have everyone send you their pictures and create a "Cruise Check-in" folder on your phone or laptop. If the images are all in place, you'll be able to upload them quickly for each Guest. I do this when I sail with my family and friends, and it has made it so much easier. Be sure the passport pictures are clear, and all the numbers and signatures are visible.

Janette, I'm so glad you sailed by planDisney with your question. I always love helping a fellow Georgian with cruise plans. Please let us know if you have any other questions, and enjoy counting down the days until your magical voyage!
