Thank you for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I have also booked trips with Costco in the past and had the same concerns arise!
During the trip I booked, I also stayed at a
Good Neighbor Hotel and had a wondEARful experience! While rooms at most hotels are not available until later in the afternoon, you can actually check in at any point in time during the day, they just may not be able to provide your room number or keys quite yet. For your tickets, they are delivered to your hotel in the wee hours the day of check in. This means that unfortunately you are unable to pick them up early and at the time I traveled, I spoke with an agent and they were unable to mail tickets early or send anything electronically. I would recommend just swinging by quickly, picking up your packet from the front desk and heading straight to the
Happiest Place on Earth! You are certainly welcome to contact a Costco agent to see if anything has changed in their process, but on my personal experience, you must stop by the hotel first.
