We booked theme park tickets (hopper) separately from a room-only resort reservation (booked direct with Disney) but will be cancelling our August 2020 vacation. What are my options with the park tickets if I don’t have new dates? And the memory maker?

    Hi Jennifer,

I'm so bummed to hear that your trip for August isn't possible. I hope you can postpone rather than cancel - having a trip to look forward to, even if I don't know the exact dates yet, always helps me have something Magical focus on!

While it is exciting to think about the reopening of the theme parks and resorts, there is much that is still in the process of being determined. Walt Disney World will be contacting guests with existing tickets and reservations to help you through processes for your tickets, experiences, and reservations. With luck, you'll hear from them shortly and things will work out well.

Also as part of the phased re-opening, there will be changes and information being shared over the coming days and weeks. Operational updates are shared often both on the Walt Disney World website as well as the blog. I usually try to keep an eye on the Disney Parks Blog as they often have the latest news and announcements before any place else.

I hope this helps ease your concerns. Be sure to let us know if the Disney Parks Moms Panel can help you with any rescheduling plans when the time comes.
