Welcome to planDisney, Jessica! We are glad you brought your question to us today.
Oh dear! I'm so sorry to hear there was a mix-up with purchasing your tickets. I'm afraid you might be having trouble purchasing them now due to limited
Disney Park Pass availability. At this time, all Guests ages 3 and up will need a theme park reservation in addition to valid admission in order to enter a theme park. I've been checking the
theme park availability calendar and I know that some upcoming dates have limited to no availability. Whether or not you'll be able to purchase a 3-day ticket when you arrive will really just be dependent on availability at that time. Other Guests' plans change all the time, and availability can fluctuate. I'm sending you loads of pixie dust in hopes that you'll be able to get your ticket situation worked out.
My recommendation would be to
purchase tickets for as many days as you can make Disney Park Pass reservations for, and add on the Park Hopper Plus option to your ticket. The
Park Hopper Option will allow you to visit additional theme parks on the same day when park hopping hours begin at 2:00 pm. A reservation is only necessary for the first park you'll visit that day. The "Plus" option will add on a set number of visits, equal to the number of days of theme park admission, that can be used to visit other fun things such as
Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park, Disney's miniature golf courses, and
FootGolf at Disney's Oak Trail Golf Course. The "Plus" visits can be redeemed independently of your theme park admission days. There are so many additional
things to do throughout Walt Disney World Resort, from
fishing excursions to
horseback riding to games and crafts at your
Disney Resorts Collection hotel, it truly is the Vacation Kingdom of the World!
Jessica, if you have any additional questions, please stop by and see us again. We are always happy to help.
