    8/24/2015- I booked my stay at one of the Disney resorts through my travel agent and I have customized and ordered my wrist bands online. Will they automatically be sent to me by mail and how long will it take to get them? My trip is Oct 12, 2015

    Congratulations on booking your Walt Disney World vacation! Now that you've customized your MagicBands online, you should be one BIG step closer to experiencing the magic of the Walt Disney World Resort. I recently customized my family's MagicBands, as well. We received them in our mailbox about 4 weeks prior to our fall vacation.

    Please note that MagicBand fulfillment and shipping can take about 10 days. Once your MagicBands have shipped to your U.S. shipping address, you may receive an email with the tracking information (if available). If you do not receive your MagicBands within 3 days of your Walt Disney World vacation, please feel free to reach out to the MagicBand phone line for assistance. A friendly Cast Member will make sure everything is taken care of so that you can jump right in to the magic once you arrive at Florida's most magical vacation kingdom.
