    We have just booked our stay at our home resort Copper Creek for next Oct 21, If We purchase annual passes now for the the parks now and book a reservation for entry to the parks will it activate the pass or will the 365 days start on our first visit

    Steve, I have my very first stay at Copper Creek Villas & Cabins at Disney's Wilderness Lodge scheduled for next month, and I could not be more excited! I love the ambiance of the lobby at Disney's Wilderness Lodge and the fantastic dining options like Whispering Canyon Cafe and Geyser Point Bar & Grill. Staying in one of the Cascade Cabins has long been a dream of mine, however, we do not have quite that many points yet. A girl can dream, right? 

    Steve, currently sales of Walt Disney World Resort Annual Passes have been suspended. While we do not know when sales will resume, what I can tell you is that your pass will not be activated until you activate it in-person at Walt Disney World Resort. You may activate your Annual Pass at any theme park ticket booth, or at the Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs. Your Annual Pass will not start the 365-day countdown until it is activated. Personally, I always like to swing by Disney Springs on the night that I arrive so that I don't waste valuable park time waiting in line.
