    I've booked a stay at Aulani. When I check in will I be able to pay the remaining balance in cash??

    As Disney Vacation Club Members, we were able to experience a visit to Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa a few years ago, and it was a dream come true. Each feature of this tropical oasis was the perfect blend of Hawaiian culture, nature, and Disney. Let's dive in and discuss paying your balance at check-in. 

    Aulani's check-in policy states that a credit card number is required to complete the check-in process. I called to verify with a Cast Member at Aulani, and they confirmed that they were unable to accept cash payments for the remaining balance. So, while you will be able to pay the remaining balance at check-in, you will need a credit card number to do so. Before your arrival, take a look at the treatments available at Laniwai, A Disney Spa. The Signature LomiLomi massage was the highlight of our vacation.
