We are booked into the second meal seating (not by choice), and our youngest will be 1 year old. I wondered if we are allowed to bring him into the restaurants in his stroller (asleep) so the rest of my family can have dinner together?

    Welcome aboard, Emma!

If you'd prefer to dine during Main Seating for dinner, give your travel agent a call, or the agents at Disney Cruise Line at (800) 951-3532. You can request to change to the earlier dining time, if there are still tables available. If not, don't worry because you'll have another chance once you board the ship. That first day, as guests board and enjoy lunch, you'll see a notice in the Personal Navigator (the ship's activity schedule that you'll receive once at the port), about where to go to make dining changes. I recommend you swing by that location during the available time and chat with one of the Dining Service members who is there to help guests change dining arrangements. They may be able to switch your family to Main Dining.

Finally, if you are still unable to swap dining times, never fear! You are welcome to bring your stroller to the table, and move a chair out of the way to allow your little one to sleep while you eat. Before that, there are plenty of quick service spots, as well as 24-hour Complimentary Room Service, available for snacks for your little one who may not get to dine when you do. Disney offers so many wonderful dining options!

Have you checked out It's A Small World Nursery? That's the fun place onboard for the littlest cruisers to stay and play with the counselors for all sorts of fun Disney activities when parents want to sneak away for some adult time in the Adult Exclusive areas of the ship. The nursery also includes cribs in a quiet room for little sailors who need their rest, so keep that in mind! There is an hourly fee for the nursery and advanced reservations are required.

I hope those details help as you get ready to head out to sea with Disney, Emma!
