Booked my room through a travel agent and have already received the voucher. Now wanting to change resorts for 1/2 of my stay, but my travel agent says I can't. Once I'm there for a couple of nights will the resort let me?

Always great to receive questions from fellow Canadians, Nicole! I did some research for you, but not knowing the type of package you booked made it very difficult. My best advice is to contact your travel agent again and get all the information from her, including an explanation as to why you cannot switch. Then I would call (407) WDISNEY (934-7639) and explain and see what options they can offer, if any. This way, you'll know what to expect when you arrive. If the situation is not resolved before your arrival, you can always discuss it with the cast member when you check in.

I hope this is helpful, Nicole. Please write back if you have any other questions.
