We have booked a room at the All Star Sports resort. can we find out in advance which complex our room will be in? thank you for your help.

    Dear Donald,

Thank you so much for reaching out to us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your great question about planning ahead for your Walt Disney World Resort hotel stay!

Unfortunately, you wouldn't be able to find out which section of Disney's All-Star Sports Resort you will be staying in ahead of time, since room assignments are not made until you are quite close to check-in. The resort is just lovely, though, and I know that you'll be very happy no matter where you end up! When you are eligible for online check-in, you can set your preferences for room location based on the options that they provide. If you get to the resort and you have a specific preference, you can mention it to the Cast Member at check-in and he or she might be able to see what's available.

If you have a sports fanatic in the family, you might also think about a visit to ESPN's Wide World of Sports to check that out!

Hope that helps you with planning your upcoming vacation!
