    I booked a room only res a few weeks ago and want to add tickets. When adding to my cart it said i would pick up at will call? Cant they just be on my room key like on my past trips? Much more convienant that way. Is this beacuse i didnt book as a package

    Hi Carrie,

    You probably should have called Disney Reservations and asked to add the tickets to your package. This would be helpful if you wanted to add the Disney Dining Plan. 

    I would call Disney tickets and ask the cast member if you can add your tickets upon arrival to your resort. Their phone number is 407-939-5277.
