I've booked room 9510 forward on the Fantasy for Oct.19/13. It's our first cruise so I don't know our seasickness thresholds. I know low and mid are best for avoiding too much motion but the cat. 8Bs are either forward or aft. How hard is it to change?

    Ahoy Lori!

Your experience on the Disney Fantasy is going to be filled with one pixie dusted moment after another!  I'm actually about to embark on this spectacular vessel myself and can't wait to be dazzled by the amazing design, food, activities, entertainment and crew!  I'm sure you are also excited to experience all that Disney has to offer on the high seas!  You definitely don't want anything to stand in your way of taking it all in during your seven day voyage.  My husband was seasick on our very first cruise and he tried his best to hang in there, but he was not himself.  Whenever we cruise he now wears a patch behind his ear that makes all the difference in the world!

If you want to change your stateroom, give Disney Cruise Line a call at (800) 951-3532, and a Cruise Reservation Agent will be happy to help you.  With a October 2013 date, I think you will still find many options available in mid-section of the ship.

Thanks so much for visiting the Moms Panel with your cruise question!  I'd love to help you again as you continue to plan your magical voyage!  Just let me know!

    Have a fantastical day!
