    We booked a room directly through the Swan/Dolphin resort. Can I add the reservation to the My Disney Experience app? And can the Florida resident discover Disney ticket be purchased at the Swan/Dolphin ticket booth at the hotel?

    Hi Jennifer!  Great name!   I am sorry it has taken a few days to get back to you, I wanted to make sure I had the most up to date information in order to give you a correct answer.   

    At this time you can not link a reservation booked either directly through the Swan and Dolphin hotel, or through a third party to the My Disney Experience Application.   You will be able to take advantage of Extra Magic Hours at the four theme parks, as well as complimentary transportation to the parks, as well as Downtown Disney. 

    You will definitely be able to purchase your Florida Resident Discovery ticket at the Swan or Dolphin hotel.  A cast member will be able to assist you with your tickets daily from 7:15 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. at the Disney Guest Services desk.  Make sure you bring your proof of Florida residency with you for each guest over the age of 18 who is purchasing a ticket.
