Being able to have all of your plans for your
Walt Disney World Resort vacation in one place is one of the best parts of My Disney Experience! The
My Disney Experience mobile app even allows you to keep and manage all of those plans on the go! You can link your hotel reservation on the
My Disney Experience website or on the My Disney Experience mobile app with the Disney confirmation number and the last name that was used to book the reservation. On the mobile app, just log into your account, click "Link Hotel," and follow the steps! On the website, you can log into your account, go to "My Reservations and Tickets," and follow the instructions to
link your resort reservation. Remember, the system may need 24 to 48 hours to process the reservation before you will be able to link it.
First, try to use the confirmation number that the third party site provided. Sometimes these numbers are the Walt Disney World Resort confirmation number. Other times, when you make a reservation through a third party site, they give you the confirmation number that works with their system, not Disney's. If the confirmation number you were given when booking your reservation does not work, you can contact the
Walt Disney World Dolphin Hotel at 800-227-1500. They will be able to locate your reservation and give you the Disney confirmation number that you can then use to link your resort reservation to your account!
