I'm sorry that you are having trouble viewing your reservations and park tickets on the
My Disney Experience app. We all know that Stitch definitely likes to play with the system every now and then! When this has happened to us, one remedy that works is to delete the app from your smartphone and reinstall it. This helps get rid of some of the glitches and gives it a fresh new start. Also, you can click on the 'My
Genie Day' tab of the app, which should populate your reservation and tickets. You can also try to relink your admission or reservation on that same tab. Should the issue continue, you can chat with a Cast Member on the My Disney Experience app who will be able to help you sort it out.
My Disney Experience Tip: The My Disney Experience app allows you to change your avatar whenever you like, and they add new ones constantly. Currently, the new Mickey and Minnie 50th Anniversary avatars are up, and they are so cute!
