Heigh-Ho Kristen,
Welcome to planDisney, I am happy to help explain how advanced dining reservations work and what you can attempt to try in order to make your request a reality.
All Guests can make Advanced Dining Reservations 60-days prior to the date they wish to dine. Guests, staying at a Walt Disney World Resort, are able to make Advanced Dining Reservations 60-days prior plus for the entirety of their trip and up to 10-days after from the 60-day marker. It should be noted a Guest can not make multiple reservations within 2-hours of another reservation and I think therein lies one of your problems. Because you currently have a 1:25 p.m. reservation, at Be Our Guests for a party of 4, you can not make a second reservation for a party of 3 at the same time or within 2-hours of the current reservation. Instead, you need to modify your 1:25 p.m. reservation to accommodate a party of 7 and see if there is any availability. Another thing to keep in mind is you may need to adjust your time to find availability.
Be Our Guest is a Disney-fan favorite and books up quickly. However, reservations are constantly being canceled or added and you can check for openings
online or via your
My Disney Experience mobile app. Guests, also, have the option to call (407) WDW-DINE and speak to a Cast Member for reservations assistance. Be vigilant, check daily and with a little bit of Faith, Trust and Pixie Dust your fairytale dining reservation will be a Happily Ever After.
