Welcome to planDisney! I'm celebrating with you that in just a few days you'll be at The Happiest Place on Earth soaking up all of the magic and fun! I'm sorry to hear that it was kind of a whirlwind to try to
secure your place in the parks, but all of the
frighteningly fun bites and beverages and
Halloween touches will be worth it!
While Disneyland Resort
tickets are non-refundable, you may want to
contact a Cast Member who can access your personal account to see if there's anything they can do. At the very least, please rest assured that you will never lose the value that you've spent on tickets. Even if they expire, you can apply their value toward the purchase of a new ticket.
Please note that call volumes are a bit higher than normal right now. I'd encourage you to whistle along with the magical Disney music while you wait or try to call later in the evening when wait times seem to be a bit shorter. Of course, there are also
Cast Members available once you arrive who would be able to assist you, too.
