Hi Eulalia!
Welcome back to planDisney! Thanks for making us a go-to resource as you plan your Disney vacation!
You’ll want to check into your
Magic Kingdom Fireworks Dessert Pre-Party 90 minutes before the start of the
Happily Ever After fireworks show. So, if the fireworks begin at 9 PM, you can check in at 7:30 PM.
It’s good to note that showtimes are subject to change, so I’d double-check the showtime as your trip gets closer, just in case.
I love booking a fireworks dessert party because it automatically gives me a great view of the fireworks without having to worry about the crowds. And since you’re doing the pre-party, you can always try to catch the second showing of the
Starlight parade later that night.
At this time, the second parade is about 1-1.5 hours after the start of the fireworks. I’ve noticed that the hours for the parade do not update on the
Hours & Events Calendar until closer to the date it’s being shown, so check back here and there leading up to your trip for any updates.
If you can snag a spot along Main Street to watch the parade, great! But if the crowds seem too heavy, I recommend heading back to Liberty Square or Frontierland. I’ve watched the parade twice from those areas recently, and it was so nice to enjoy the parade with fewer crowds.
I hope that helps! Have the best trip! And let us know if you have any other questions as you continue to plan.
