I’m sorry you’re having trouble locating your upcoming reservation at
Disney’s Pop Century Resort. First, let’s check to see if your reservation is showing up in your My Disney Experience account. Go to your “My Plans” page and scroll down until you see the “My Plans, Reservations and Tickets” section. You should see the details of your resort reservation for January 2024 listed there.
If you don’t see your reservation, I suggest searching your email inbox for keywords like “Disney” or “confirmation” to try and locate the confirmation email. Once you find it, you will see the hotel confirmation number there. Take this number and use it to link your reservation via the
“Link Your Reservations and Purchases” webpage. Select the “Resort Reservation or Vacation Package” option to link your resort reservation to your My Disney Experience account. If you still have issues with your Disney’s Pop Century Resort reservation, I suggest
reaching out to a Cast Member for further assistance.
