Ahoy Eri,
Welcome back to planDisney! I'm glad to hear you're getting ready to set sail. You're in for a magical voyage no matter when you are scheduled to embark.
If you booked a
Port Adventure through
Disney Cruise Line you will receive tickets and any relevant information in advance of your particular excursion. In my experience, this has either been left in an envelope on one of the adorable metal fish or seahorses located outside my Stateroom door or left inside by my Stateroom Attendant during the evening turn-down service. By the way, this is one of my favorite parts of sailing. You head out to enjoy a delicious dinner and evening entertainment, and when you return your comfy bed awaits accompanied by a towel animal and a delicious piece of chocolate. Talk about sweet dreams!
I just chatted with a Cast Member who indicated all Port Adventure information may now be left in your Stateroom on the first day of your sailing, but you are also welcome to stop by the
Port Adventures Desk if you you have any questions or need further assistance. Rest assured you'll always be able to find out just where you need to go.
I do recommend downloading the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator App before your trip. Not only will it keep you up to date with the onboard activity schedule,
entertainment and character experiences, and menus for all
dining onboard, but you can even use it to keep in touch with the members of your sailing party using the chat feature!
Eri, I hope this helps get you ready for a most magical voyage. Please come back and see us again with any additional questions. We'd be happy to help!
"Sea" you real soon,
Amy
