Hi Moms. We are booked into the POR, and we have a 'royal room'. Which rooms/floors are better for accessing amenities and Disney transportation? Thanks

    Hi Tiffany!

The Royal Rooms at Disney's Port Orleans Resort are themed rooms available in two of the mansion buildings.  With tributes to all of the Disney princesses, girls of all ages will love looking at the unique décor in the room, from the genie lamp faucet, to the footrest from Beauty and The Beast.

Royal Rooms are only available in Parterre and Oak mansions at POR.  Oak mansion is the closest to the bridge that crosses over to the lobby, shops and food court.  Personally, I find that a garden view room on the second floor affords guests great views of the grounds, as well as some privacy from the oft noisy ground floor rooms.

Hope this helps you plan your magical vacation!
