    Hi, we booked a 4 person room at all star music for 2 of us travelling from the uk with flights. Our friend (US citizen) is now joining us. How can I add them to our room and is there a charge? I can’t get through on the phone line to ask :(

    Hello Michelle, and welcome to planDisney!

    How wonderful that you will have another friend joining you on your magical holiday!  The more, the merrier, right?  I'm sorry to hear you have been having trouble with the phone line.  I checked with my fellow panelist Jane, our UK specialist, and she was kind enough to provide me with contact information for the Walt Disney Travel Company, including the UK freephone as well as an email address should you prefer to write.  Agents are available by phone Monday - Friday 9 am - 8 pm, Saturday 9 am - 7 pm, and Sunday 10 am - 4 pm.  I have also provided a phone directory with the number for the Disney Resort Hotel Reservations line, as well as a contact form.

    While I can't know the specifics of the travel package you booked, generally speaking, there is an additional nightly charge for more than 2 adults per room.  A booking agent will be able to advise you on the best way to add your additional Guest and can let you know what the cost will be.
