    We booked a package thru AAA. They said we would pick up tickets when we arrived at Disney. Where do we pick them up and should we expect a long line.

    HI Mitchell!

    No worries! When you arrive at to check-in at your Disney resort, you'll be given your room tickets along with your room key. They are in an all-in-one card (known as a Key to the World card) which will contain your park tickets, room key, and your dining plan meal credits if you've chosen to add the dining plan.

    The lines for check-in vary by resort and the time of day (and year!) you arrive. I usually plan on about 1/2 hour or so to complete the check-in process.
