    I booked a package reservation for myself & two friends. 30 days one friend could no longer make it. So now we need to switch hotels, lower our ticket days, and shorten our stay. Will we be charged 1, 2, or 3 fees?

    I am sorry to hear that there is a change in your plans but I am sure you will still have a great vacation!

    Please do not think I am avoiding answering your question. However, without seeing how you booked your trip, I can not give you a definite answer.

    If you booked a package that included hotel and tickets, you might be in better shape than if you purchased these items separately. You may be able to move the funds to the new package at a reduced fee rate. This is all contingent on what the cancellation policy is and when you are canceling your friends package and adjusting yours. 

    You will need to reach out to the travel company that booked the trip to discuss the changes. You might incur less fees if you can find someone to take the place of your original travel companion.

    Remember if you booked flights, airlines have their own change policies.
