    Hi! I just booked a package holiday for January 2020. At the moment I only have a booking number. How long should it it take until I get the confirmation number? Thanks in advance!

    Hi, Wiebke-Murielle!

    Congratulations on booking an early 2020 visit to The Most Magical Place on Earth! With 2019 flying by, you'll be amid the pixie dust before you know it. Planning is half the fun, so I know you're eager to get started with all your must-dos! I'm sure on that list is exploring Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge in Disney's Hollywood Studios. I know I can't wait until my family experiences our first adventure on Planet Batuu. 

    I have two ideas to help you figure out your confirmation number so you can get the ball rolling on your planning, Wiebke-Murielle. First, go ahead and check your My Disney Experience account to see if your booking number happens to be the same as your confirmation number. If it's not, you'll want to reach out to whoever you originally booked your holiday package to get that number. 

    Once you have your confirmation number figured out, you should be able to see your plans in your My Disney Experience account. Your Advanced Dining Reservation window (180 days before arrival) is coming up soon, so I suggest browsing all the wonderfully delicious dining options as soon as possible. You may also want to learn more about the Epcot International Festival of the Arts as it typically falls during the beginning of the year.
