    I booked a package with free DP on Riverside and now received a pinned offer via email (40% off). I want to stay in Wilderness Lodge. Can I call Disney and change one offer for another? I know I can not combine them. Thank you!

    Hi Ivan!

    My best advice is to give a shot, you've got nothing to lose! Give Disney a call at 407-939-7675 (or contact your Travel Agent if you've chosen to use one) and ask about the PIN code offer that you received via email. Be sure to ask them to price out your vacation at the Wilderness Lodge so that you can compare the two offers.
