Hi! I booked a package through Disney and we will be staying at the Swan. I was told my tickets wont appear in the app until 5-7 days prior. Can I still book my dining if the tickets don't show up in the app? Thank you!

    Royal greetings, Lauren!

A warm welcome to planDisney. We're delighted you've decided to bring us a fabulous Walt Disney World Resort vacation planning question! It sounds like you're counting down the days until an enchanting escape to The Most Magical Place on Earth. I'd be happy to help you get ready for a magical and memorable vacation!

Lauren, your stay at the Walt Disney World Swan Hotel is just around the river bend... it's time to get excited! You've recently reached a very magical milestone indeed: the 60-day advanced dining reservation window. Guests who will be staying at a Disney Resort hotel or other select hotels (including the Walt Disney World Swan, Dolphin, and Swan Reserve Hotels) can make dining reservations starting at 60 days out for their length of stay (up to 10 nights). That means you should be able to make dining reservations now, regardless of whether you can view your theme park admission in the My Disney Experience mobile app! You'll just need to make sure that your hotel reservation is linked to your account in My Disney Experience to take advantage of this benefit.

When you've laid out which dining experiences you hope to secure, you can use the Walt Disney World Resort website or the My Disney Experience mobile app to book your reservations. My personal preference is using the mobile app, as I feel it's quicker and puts your options right at your fingertips! I recommend scheduling the most popular dining experiences for later into your visit to ensure the best availability. For example, if you have a 5-night stay planned, try booking 'Ohana for your 3rd or 4th day, as the first couple of days may be pretty booked up already as all Guests can make dining reservations 60 days in advance. Also, if you're not seeing the availability you hoped for, don't give up. Cancelations do happen, so check back often!

Lauren, I hope you've found this information helpful and I wish you a trip filled with memorable meals at The Most Magical Place on Earth! If you have any additional questions ahead of your visit, you can always stop back by planDisney anytime. We're all ears!

    See ya real soon,

    Lauren
