We booked a November 12-17 package with 5 day park hoppers. We are actually going to arrive the 11th. Can we upgrade our tickets to 6 days and begin using them on the 11th? Or do we have to wait until the 12th? This is a split reservation btw.

Hi, Kristin! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for stopping by with this question about extra magic. I am headed to Walt Disney World Resort soon with my younger daughter for a "Mommy and me" trip. I saw flights the day before our arrival drop significantly in price, so I just added on an extra night before our planned arrival. Just like you, we are having a split stay and getting the fun started early.

I firmly believe there is no such thing as too much magic, so you are welcome to add this extra bit of ticketing magic to your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort vacation. To make this happen, you will need to stop by Guest Relations, found at Disney Springs or outside any of the theme parks, to have your theme park tickets activated. In my experience, the Cast Members there are more than happy to help you activate Magic Your Way Package tickets up to three days in advance. Please note that other components of your package, such as a Disney Dining Plan, will not be active until the morning you check in to your Resort hotel.

Thanks again for bringing your question to us. Please let us know if you have any other questions as you plan your stay!
