Howdy Lorinna!
Now that the Disney Magic is calling Texas home, I'm thrilled to hear you are taking advantage of having a piece of Disney right in your own backyard! Sailing with a two-year old is a magical experience because there is nothing better than seeing the wonder and enchantment of Disney through a little one's eyes!
I'm sorry to hear your top choice for Grand Cayman is already sold out. I have a few suggestions for you, and hopefully one of them will work out for your family. First, be sure to continue to check
www.disneycruise.com for any cancellations or added tours. Guests can cancel their Port Adventures up to three days before sailing to receive a refund so checking each day is a good idea. I'm not sure if the
Rum Point Beach Adventure is sold out, but this is another splashtacular option that allows all ages to participate. If both are still sold out when you set sail, you can visit Seven Mile Beach on your own. It is short cab ride away, and taxis are always waiting at the pier. At the north end of the beach you will find a public area with restrooms. If you do decide to experience Grand Cayman on your own, just be sure to plan enough time to return to the port because Disney Cruise Line does tender on the island.
Thanks so much for stopping by the Moms Panel, Lorinna! Please write back if you have any further questions about your magical voyage!
Happy Sails!
Nancy
