I just booked our next trip to Disney World and we will be staying at the Wilderness Lodge in a deluxe room-club level. What benefits are there to staying in a concierge room and can I really contact someone from concierge to help plan our trip? Thank you!

    Hi Kellie,

I hope you enjoy your stay at the Wilderness Lodge.  It is my husband's favorite resort and has one of my favorite restaurants- Whispering Canyon.  The concierge service is a nice extra to have when you visit the Walt Disney World Resorts.  Conceigre will help make your dining reservations if you have not already done so.

As for other perks while you are there is continental breakfast and snacks throughout the day as well as a cocktail hour at night.

However, if you are not going to be at the hotel for the snack and cocktail hour or if you have the dining plan, you may not need the extra benefits of the service.

    Enjoy your trip!
