So if I booked my multipass rides in advance and the all kind of at the end of the day around5-7 pm because that was only time left, so this means I can't book anything else earlier in the parks?

Happy holidays, Tamara! We share a first name (I go by my middle name), and I also live in Florida. Is Pineapple DOLE Whip® your favorite snack, too? To continue the parade of coincidences, I could only book attractions after 4:00 p.m. last week when my husband and I purchased Lightning Lane Multi Pass. I'll gladly share our experience to help you get the most from your Christmastime visit.

Lightning Lanes often fill up quickly during busy times, especially for popular attractions like Slinky Dog Dash and Tiana's Bayou Adventure. I'm glad you secured some times because you'll have those to look forward to no matter what happens. But here are my tips for starting your Multi Pass journey sooner.

I have two magical words for you: Keep checking! You can head to your mobile app and tap Today's Plans to see your booked attractions. You should see an option to modify them, so check throughout the day for earlier times. Our first attraction was at 4:05 p.m., but I found an earlier time while standing in line for Spaceship Earth!

You can also stop by the blue umbrellas for help from the fabulous Guest Experience Team. They can look at your account and walk you through the modification process in your app. They're like Fairy Godparents!

Another strategy I've used is to book any available attraction with an early return window so I can scan in and choose another experience quickly. Once I'm at a park, availability seems to open up. I suspect that's because guests modify their plans as they make spontaneous changes to their itinerary.

I don't mean to imply that I kept my eyes glued to my screen, but if we were in a queue or finishing up a snack, why not check for earlier Lightning Lane times? I saw it as a challenge and felt a great sense of accomplishment when I secured a better window. It's the little things that please us planners!

Tamara, it's serendipitous that I found your question today. My time as a panelist is coming to a close in a few days, so I was honored to share some tips and ideas with you today. I'll be in the planDisney vault for a bit, but you never know when I might return...

    Magic awaits,
