We have booked a magic your way package. What happens if one of our family members can't come? The one not coming is an adult. Can someone else come in their place as long as they're also an adult?

    Hi Kathryn,

I am sorry that one member of your party may not be able to attend your Walt Disney World vacation.

The cancellation policy is dependent on when the cancellation is happening. The more notice you give about the cancellation, the greater the possibility of receiving a full refund. You need to read the cancellation policy from the travel company who booked your trip.

The travel company will also tell you if you can substitute a person with or without penalty.

Finally, if you have any airline reservations, their cancellation and fee changes will be separate from the hotel package.

    Wishing you a magical vacation!
